In case anyone's wondering since there doesn't appear to actually be an E-variant of the BMP-3 anywhere - this model appears to be of the rarer BMP-3 with a Vesna-K sight. The tell-tale is the second optic installed outboard of the standard 1K13-2 or newer Sozh sight It can be made into a standard BMP-3 using the unused parts on sprue D, or even into the newer vehicles refitted with the Sozh (single optic on the roof, IR beamer in place of the original IR spotlight) sight using aftermarket/spare parts or by scratch-building the PL-1 IR beamer.

By the way, since the manual doesn't give information about the colours of the interiour (outside of suggesting flat black for the seats) people can try something like Tankograd's BMP-3 article for reference (ie to see which parts of the turret basket are red, grey, white.. etc). Also, from the same set of reference photos, it'd appear that the unditching log's position in actual usage is different - it hangs on the port side's hull and not as depicted on top of the main hull beside the turret.
