The kit went together ok, fit and finish was generally fine but there were some errors in the instructions (incorrect part numbers which made it difficult to identify which part was actually needed from the sprue). Other than that, it's a good kit.

I would expect much more accuracy from a 2022 kit for 90 €. Moulds had shifted plane apparently, so some parts have one half displaced against the other, there's a lot of dividing planes to sand and so on. Expect a lot of sanding, scraping and filling! And in the end the model isn't going to correspond to any U-Boat VIIc version anyways because there're so much shapes and details wrong... You need RC Subs conversion set for 140 € (!!) to make it accurate. Or just ditch the accuracy and build it for fun (if it's possible to have fun with this kit). Definitely not for beginners.
