I've built this and I've found the amount of detail to be greatly insufficient.

Interesting, I was thinking of building this so do you mind which specific details were greatly insuffienct?

Sure, although my memory is a bit rusty, since I built it a while ago. I suggest you compare the instruction manual of Tamiya's Archer with Bronco's. The biggest difference between the two kits, and my biggest grudge, is that Tamiya doesn't include any of the "optional" but interesting components, such as the side skirts, the telephone cable with its drum, the spare wheels, the towing bar (not sure about the correct name) and the machine gun. So, in other words, it's pretty bare-bones.
