A test if I can still build a vacu :)

 

 

Step 1: after separating from the sheet, sanding in shape (thinning the edges) and glueing with ethylacetate.  

Step 2: cleaning and sanding the surface. Rivet lines restored and reinforcing stripes (doubler, of thick self adhesive aluminum foil) added. Entire structure reinforced with micro balloons and CA filled through two (supposed) maintenance openings . Supposed; invincible on original pictures because the small distance to the wing.
