This kit was set to become a Gate Guard on a fantasy airport diorama.
That has now changed.

My idea for this Heron is to use the Revell 1/144 A400M props a mate of mine gave me as they seem to be the correct size, I plan to cut these down and sand them so they are still A400M shape but alot smaller, winglets from the Amodel Pilatus PC-12NG kit, it will have a fully modernised glass cockpit and it's going to be used as a light Cargo aircraft for HHrAviation.
There will be an interior cargo cabin that is to be scratch built.
I'm also thinking of adding a large set of cargo doors to the rear of the fuselage simular to the C-47 Skytrain.

Im looking into adding extra air intakes to the engines.
