As for 2019 when I visited the museum they were still there in a restored condition. The tunnan had the wings on in this time.

No problem! I made an quick internet search, the latest I could find was reference from 31.10.2021 an they where still there, and I presume they are there now.

To my knowledge the "Heeresgeschichtliches Museum" in Vienna will undergo a complete rework and restart in the near future accentuating politics and ethics to make it a less "militaristic" exhibition ........... (probably: more thinks less tanks)
