Thanks guys. Well, It's not very pretty actually, lots of handpainted corrections here and there. But meeting a pair of Dutch F-16s over Scheveningen month ago motivated me to push it out of the workshop finally after almost 20 years 🙂 The paint is so thick (except for the stripes) that the wash will be pencil-drawn 🙂 That's why I don't publish too many close-ups here😉 Still I need to re-draw pilot's name on the starboard one day...
@Martien: The Revell's orange one waits in the queue 🙂

"Washed" using a pencil (you'd better not ask for closeups), ordnance mounted, canopy frames handpainted. What is left for the weekend? Dischargers and canopy varnish.

Finito! Hope you won't see the pumice-like surface here and there and not-really-straight handpainted lines 🙂 However the fin dischargers have been straightened after the photo session 🙂
I have a strong suspicion the macro in my new camera must have some kind of "polishing" feature 😄

That Revell boxing brings back a lot of childhood memories. The Block 15+ sprue was really nice! The new Revell F-16 is beyond comparison and the best F-16A(M) on the market! I'm looking forward to your Solo Display one already!
