I have built this one with the Fujimi kit.You will have to scratch the winch on the right hand side.looks great.

David - thanks for info. I found that winch two days ago on photos - the LF kit is... rather a Scout than a Wasp 😉

Konrd,it's aweird one the winch is driven by the turbine gases rather than hydraulic or electric.

If you get a good look the tail plane is white also with red crosses on Konrad.

thanks for remark - it's not a finished livery; just a current status, but it's always good to know that someone is checking your job 🙂

What we/I need is a new tool 1/48 Wasp and Scout.I converted a Wasp into a Scout and the thought of chopping up a expensive 40 yr old kit made me sweat a little.Looking brill by the way.

Nice little heli 👍
Have you seen? Now there is a turboshaft engine (but I don't know if that would fit here):
Nimbus Turboshaft engine for..t (LF Models LF3D7225, 1:72)
If it would match then the Murphys model rule apply: if you just finished a kit there are new or better accessories released. Or if you scratch build a type a kit will be released the next minute.

Thanks - I saw it earlier. For me its not a fair strategy (like Eduard's one) when this same supplier sells a kit and then tries to double a money selling something what should be in original set (how much its production cost? 5 cents?). So I'm not supporting that type of actions and I rather scratch something.

Thanks for the explanation! The production cost is higher then 5 cents, because it is individually 3D printed. But you are right, 13€ is not cheap compared to the kit.
On the other hand I tend to use accessories if available to save time (which can be used to build another kit to reduce the stash).
I can also understand the manufacturer somehow. It would be hard for e.g. Eduard to survive with only selling the easy line "Weekend" kits. So with the full range from Weekend over ProfiPack to Royal/Limited _we_ have the freedom of choice 🙂
Back to this project: Great work!

Your chopper is a real gem. Are you going to weather it a bit? Like this it looks pretty new. I any case I suggest to tone down the bright green of the landing patch a bit and maybe to add a bit of color variation to it.
But even if you leave everything as it is, the Wasp is a real beauty. I like it a lot.

Thanks for the idea - the deck was finished last night and today I left for the contest. I have no time and experience for preparing better looking pad. Maybe after this weekend I'll try to improve it (or just put it to trash).

No way that this goes to the trash. It's lovely and a nice display. Just a few oils and/or washes and it will look a bit less new. No witchcraft in that. 🙂
