Great stuff 👍 Following this, as I haven´t yet been able to get my hands on this specific kit!

The kit is highly detailled, the fit very well, no sanding and putty required. The pe-parts are partially useful, some parts will look more realistic when made from wire or other materials. The plastic is rather soft, which lead to tiny damage when the cutting the parts off the sprues. If you want straight edges on your parts, don't cut them directly at the part, leave some residue on them and sand or scrape it down. Also, it's not the current version of the A7V-variant, e.g it lacks the side baskets on the turret and the front fenders.
Actiually I wanted to build it as Danish A7V, but this would have taken too much time to scratchbuild boxes, tiny holders, flanges and so on. The first idea was to let it jump over a Jutland sand dune, but as we are in Germany and we don't take much care of the railroad net... 🙂
The other models are from Playmoreit3D via etsy.com
Great stuff there! Needs another kind of patience in the build process.

Hi Mirko, thanks for this reply! As a matter of I WANT to build it as a 2A7DK and I'm well aware of all the hassles I put myself into. 😅 So, the minor inaccuracies for a German version are not that big of a dealbreaker as I need to butcher it up and rebuild all the turret baskets anyway. 🫣

A little more weathering to the base and the track wheels and it's almost done.
