They didn't have a hitch on the front so that was left off.
Instead of using the kits front bumper I used abit of spare plastic and glued it on again to replicate the tube I used to drive.
I also used abit of clear sprue with a hole in the middle and rounded off top as a beacon light that is mandatory at any airport.

I modified the rear hitch to imitate the tugs I used to work with.

After nearly a decade of this vehicle being partly started I finally I got the nads in gear to find all the bits for the EBT.
This marks the start of my joint airport diorama and layout.

![Album image #9 Album image #9](/albums/img/6/1/7/739617-18633-27-720.jpg)
The Ground Power Unit is looking better.
![Album image #10 Album image #10](/albums/img/6/1/9/739619-18633-99-720.jpg)
Wheels on.
![Album image #11 Album image #11](/albums/img/6/2/0/739620-18633-92-720.jpg)
I painted the base colour black, masked for the top and finished with US Dark Green.
![Album image #12 Album image #12](/albums/img/6/5/3/1031653-18633-54-720.jpg)
The back has been masked up too.
![Album image #13 Album image #13](/albums/img/6/5/2/1031652-18633-71-720.jpg)
Another little thing I wanted to do.
I cut the Towbar off and installed some magnets, 1 into the GPU and 2 into the Towbar which makes it possible to have it either stowed(brakes on) or extended.

The Instrument Panel has been masked.
![Album image #15 Album image #15](/albums/img/6/5/4/1031654-18633-98-720.jpg)
I have made the decision to adjust the paint work on the Ground Power Unit.
I restarted with using 3mm Tamiya tape as a test to visualise how big I needed the control panel to be.

![Album image #16 Album image #16](/albums/img/1/5/1/1054151-18633-32-720.jpg)
I then removed the masking tape and hand painted the black as I am now confident how big I want the control panel!
I then used leftover bits off an Airfix Red Arrows 50th Hawk to create an instrument panel similar to the ones I used to work with.

![Album image #17 Album image #17](/albums/img/6/2/6/739626-18633-25-720.jpg)
Hitch has been dry fitted.
![Album image #18 Album image #18](/albums/img/6/3/0/739630-18633-68-720.jpg)
I'm going to use the 2nd hitch that came with the Revell EBT as the Hasegawa Ford Tractor doesn't come with a front hitch and it will need 1 as it will be used to push aircraft back.
![Album image #19 Album image #19](/albums/img/6/2/4/739624-18633-65-720.jpg)
Built it!
![Album image #20 Album image #20](/albums/img/6/3/1/739631-18633-82-720.jpg)

![Album image #23 Album image #23](/albums/img/6/2/9/739629-18633-63-720.jpg)
The Hasegawa Ford Tractor didn't come with any wheel axles so I cut 2 pieces of 0.81mm rod.
![Album image #24 Album image #24](/albums/img/6/2/5/739625-18633-57-720.jpg)
All built and primed.
![Album image #25 Album image #25](/albums/img/9/4/6/883946-18633-30-720.jpg)

![Album image #34 Album image #34](/albums/img/9/0/6/910906-18633-21-720.jpg)

![Album image #36 Album image #36](/albums/img/9/4/2/883942-18633-34-720.jpg)
The plan is a repaint to make it a more realistic looking colour.
![Album image #37 Album image #37](/albums/img/9/4/1/883941-18633-53-720.jpg)
I've had this crew ladder for a while now but I've never known were it came from.
![Album image #38 Album image #38](/albums/img/9/4/3/883943-18633-59-720.jpg)
My wife did a great job painting them US Dark Green.
There all fully finished now.
Just a few more items from that set to go.

![Album image #40 Album image #40](/albums/img/1/6/0/980160-18633-21-720.jpg)

I went searching through the Matchbox collection and found a second one!
I've decided to name them all.
The Green Uni is Jurgen Klopp and the Blue Uni is Toto Wolff.
