Part of a "nostalgia" series I am building, this came in the Lindberg "battle damaged" 2-pack. The kit was a F-4G, but the original mold was of a RF-4B, and despite it having the nose assembly to correct it, I decided to go ahead and build the recon version. I cut out the windows for the camera and put clear plastic in it. I used a leftover return roller from a 1/35 tank to make a camera. I put a silver sequen type bead on the end of the roller shaft to approximate a lens fixture. Can't see if very well in the picture because the window wants to glare, but in person it looks pretty cool.
