After cutting it into five parts, reassembling to fix the geometry, I had to correct the number of windows.
Filling and sanding took couple of weeks (mainly the summer ones 🙂), but the primers I have reacted with the furniture putty I used (I needed a whole tube! 😄)
So I resorted to Tamiya alco paints, starting from Alu, used here as the primer (the spray can one still reacted, I bought the small one)
Surface is not perfect, the place where engine tubes meet the fuselage is uneven in particular. But I think I can live with it.
So, looks like I'm approaching painting time soon me thinks.
