Building the ICM OV-10 in 1/72 Scale will also use the Kelik 3D decals for the cockpit. Just started so working on cockpit interior now. 3D decals worked well but larger ones needed white glue or cyano for application. ICM kit is nice but so far seems to be a smaller version of the 1/48 kit so some challenging assembly steps with smaller partsl. I left off the landing gear until painting they do fit into the finished wheel wells and protects them from damage. I had a tough time aligning the 4 part canopy I would have loved to have opened it but I would have to make 2 cuts in the canopy side panels. I wish ICM had molded them as seperate panels for the pilot and observer but its a great kit none the less. I wanted to model a OV-10 with the white ID panels on the wing and stabilizer so the kit offers this in a Marine VMO-2 Cherry Deuce based out of Marble Mt in Vietnam. I used AK real colors Field Green, Camouflage Grey and White. I weathered the aircraft with Flory grime and dark dirt. The aircraft was armed with 2 Mk81 Snake eye bombs and 2 LAU-68 rocket pods.
