After the Neptune, I needed a palette cleanser build, so I reached for a long-neglected kit from SH I promised I would build too long ago. It's a OOB (well, 98%ish) and a lightning build by my standards.

I always wanted to do a Luftwaffe scheme with the large wing crosses some units implemented during the Fall and Winter of 1939-40 by misinterpreting the new directives. The kit offers two schemes with this peculiarity and I went with the sporting the RLM70/RLM71 upper camo.

The Special Hobby is a state of the art kit and I highly recommend it. Sadly however, it has made my 109E stash obsolete...
