Very nice build. Can you write some more about this kit? Sad to read such an expensive kit is said to be bad 🙁 Should we all switch to HB instead? 😉

Thank's mates!
About kit.
It's "new" and rather expensive. It's extremely overpriced🙁
I don't touch exactly F-5 from HB, but know few kits of aircraft HB of 2006-2009 years - they all simple, not bad and cheap.
This kit not awful, but rather bad (at least not good) almost in all components.
1. Troubles with fit. Eve on clear parts. Use a lot of spare plastic to fill gaps (even under canopy). Holes near the exhaust was difficult to correct
2. Rough detailing - look to the landing gear (nose) for example
3. Lot of mistakes and missing steps and parts in manual.
4. Panel lines and rivets. Just look to them. They are or subtle or canyon-stype. Look to the tail - on left side clear, on right a lot of unnecessary. On other places - same shit.
5. Decals - good glue and fill in lines, but very thick base. And NO DECALS for armament at all! I use some spare parts from stash.
etc
Resume - do not recommend this kit at all.
I had few models from DreamModel in my wishlist before - but now all of them deleted. Do not want to buy such product for that price again.

Neuling
In spite of the troubles you had: top result! Very clean and careful work!

Your F-5 looks really great and so does the JF-17
But unfortunately I must agree with you. The kit is well overprized, especially compared to Eduard or Arma Hobby kits…
No match in quality nor price.
It seems as if DreamModel relied solely on a scale & detail drawing for their panel lines - which - was wrong in some points… (for example the vertical stab access panels are on the wrong side)
Another downside are the airbrakes, which cannot be shown in extended position.
But well…after all imho it still is the best F-5E / F kit on the market… Modelsvit, are you reading me? 😉
