Extremely fine details in the cockpit. That is very convincing.

Thank you SM. yes only acrylics (I did not have oils) with a enamel panel liner from MIg to finish. I will add a pic with the colors used.

I am not a skilled painter I looked for a balance between good finish, fun & no odor (I share the space with colleagues). I picked up everything at hand, but ended up using only few paints:
- wood: Vallejo flat ochre base then strip of flat brow, then airbrushed a (very diluted) yellow as a filter.
- metal: I am lazy 🙂 I blackened the metal area with a black marker and brushed with brass & silver wax paint (smell like shoe shine, quite cool).
- Fixed with 2 coats of gloss varnish + panel lined with dark brown MIG PLW (any dark brown would have worked)
There is definitively better ways & finish, but I had fun, result is correct and colleague found modelling not that bad.

Looks good ? the black part of the camo seemed to shine more compared to surrounding green, but the varnish layer seems to have fixed that.

Thank you ! Indeed black was gloss (limited number of paints no way to have it deliver in Africa) so I did with what was available.

hello, I will start to rig this week-end. Share some pics in case the kit does not survive my rigging skills 😉
