Looks like you are fixing even the worst of the problems!!

hee. Looks like very similar problems to the Hasegawa F-106A (like in real life!) Nose cone was slightly too big at the joint. Had to shim the wing where it mates to the aft fuselage. The rivets around the waist were preventing the wing from mating to the fuselage.

Thank you guys🙂
I'm realy happy you like it.
Yes I remember the F-106.
Was also a nice kit.
I'd like to build another one and paint it with my Triplex this time.
I don't want to restaurate the old kit. It's a memory how I started.
If I'm finished here I will do some pictures of them together.
But the Decals turned yellow. I put them near the Window, hoping that they turn white again through the sun.

Finnaly it's done. A big thank you goes to Bill for the Cannopy.
But I'm not 100% happy, at some spots the decals are still slivering.

Congrats! A note worthy effort, nonetheless. As the old adage states: "One kit built is worth two on the shelf." I have long since abandoned perfection in favor of "good enough" in order to shorten production timelines and boost production rates. I still have a covey of 1/72 F-4 Phantoms of various marks that I started in 1985! So count yourself fortunate for a decent and worthy effort! It looks great!

Album info

I was very happy as I was able to get my hands on this kits some months ago. Some Months ago it was the only alternative to build a 1:72 scale F-102 in 1:72. But there is ONE part that is the worst thing I've ever encountered in my 13 years of building kits.
