Great work on the stripes 😮 A pretty nice idea on a Mercedes. The effect with the clear cote comes somehow semi gloss. But nevertheless: sweet!

The Last SL in the row so far.
Simple goal to the "Gulf"-racing i had also to bash the lousy interior from the Fujimi. Luckily, i bought a build Revell-"Lorinser"-SL on ebay that was delivered broken. So i mixed the Interieur with th efujimi and after some cuttings i fitted very well.
The complete stripes are painted and finished with flat clear coat. Decals are aftermarked and layed double in place.
