Over Manchuria
Fit is acceptable
There is a tiny cockpit, even though not much will be seen through the windshield. I have given one of the seats to my carpet monster, so I had to make a substitution...
A bit of putty is necessary as the joint line appears on flaps and ailerons
Transparent part's fit is very good
In the meantime the project developed a bit. I think it will be quite interesting to compare these two birds...

Some progress here
I was a little concerned about the sturdiness of the undercarriage legs, but they seem to do their job...
It seems that the interior was quite cramped...
I call her finished.
I have started decalling this bird.
Interestingly, the yellow chinese character present in the centre of the red star is given as two separate pieces of decal for every national insignia (12 wee pieces of yellow decal in total)... Also, there is a lot of tiny stencils...

Interesting!
Incidentally, as you keep producing some very interesting subjects I've just had a look at your stash - wow fantastic range of kits, I'm green with envy. 😄

Another space-saver! Wondering what interesting livery will bring this little gem to life? 🙂

Feel warmly welcomed AJMM and Bruce! @Bruce - I like most the most 'exotic' livery - the Manchurian one. @AJMM - I am a bit concerned about the main undercarriage legs, they are very thin.

Bravo. Brilliantly well done and great to see one of these finished. You've done a super job.

Thank you all: Spanjaard, Gorby, and Łukasz. Much appreciated 🙂 @Łukasz - I built this Cessna quite a long ago... and it is quite a simple kit. I find it useful as a "size comparison" item to my 1/144th builds 😉

Great work Robert! 👍 These tiny models sure are something.
I am still curious how the J-20 fits into this. Is this project connected to an airshow?

Thanks, Robin, much appreciated. (Firstly, Manchuria is now a part of China, so it is probable that J-20's are flying over Manchuria as well 😉. Secondly, both models are in 1/144th scale, and I find it interesting to compare the dimensions.)
