Really nice Albatros! 👍
A small note on armament: you don't have S-24 rockets on your model, but training cement bombs.

Thanks Ludvik I guess I assumed. The cement bombs are even better for an unusual load

Album info

L-39ZA Albatros of Czechoslovakia Air Force

Edward Kit 2106 L-39 Albatros with PE parts built straight out of the box. I also used Kit 7042 decals for the Czechoslovakia markings of an aircraft based at Zatec air base in 1991.

The kit had photo etched parts for the cockpit and also seat belts which worked out pretty well. I finished the model using Vallejo Air, Hemp green, and Russian Green for the disruptive camouflage using silly putty to mask between the colors. The button was finished using Vallejo Air Aluminum. The kit also came with nice masks for the canopy which also worked well with Microscale liquid mask filling in the areas between the masks. The panel lines were done with the Vallejo black panel line solution applied with a panel line pen.

I armed the aircraft with 4 S-24 rockets (actually another member let me know they are concrete practice bombs) included in the kits (s) I wanted something different than the normal drop tanks on the inner pylon.
