Starting parts cleanup. Snagged a 500 lb bomb from the Accurate Miniatures set - saved me about 20~30 minutes of cleanup! LOL

Finished cleaning up the rest of the cockpit parts but the cockpit framing has just too much flash to make clean-up worth it. The parts would probably end up distorted!

The forward basic cockpit frame rails are done. Still have to add all the boxes & gauges to them.

Was hoping to get a little farther along today but at least the basic cockpit framing is cleaned up or fabrication finished.

Hi Calvin, Nice start. I'm building the Accurate Miniature kit right now, so I'm interested to see how this one builds up.
Also, I have the PE fret fromt HIPM but no instructions. Would you be able to copy the instructions so I can figure out what is what ? It's quite confusing besides the obvious distribution rings and instrument panels. Many parts seem to go into the MG (which is awful in the AM kit), but even so, many remain a mystery.

No problem. I've been meaning to scan the instructions and put them up. Haven't had a chance to work on anything pretty much the whole last month - camping trip with the grandkids to Lone Pine & Mammoth Mountain, California! :-D
