Volkswagen Caddy

Donor is from the great Revell Golf with the body from C1 - a resin kit that I had to have! The processing is great. A perfect fit.
On the Caddy I tested different weathering methodes again (so in 2016), starting with the salt method. The failed, so new attempt with chipping fluid from AK.
I was very satisfied with this and used the MIG products and the Revell weathering set after a workshop at our modelers' table. I painted with Vellejo paints.
The engine, dashboard (RHD) and wheels are from Clearly Scale, which were / are also super suitable.
The grill is selfmade, also the seatbelts. Bucket seats are from scaleproduction btw.
Completed the Cadyy with period correct numberplates 8-)
