I've thought about getting this same kit now for a couple of years but I usually put the resources on a different kit, an say I'll come back latter. It look like it was a fun build how many hours did you put in for construction and detailing?

Mike, I built it over the course of 4 days. Most of it on Saturday and Sunday, then finished up Monday and Tuesday evenings. Probably 10 or 11 hours total time

Built the original issue when I was 10 and it is still one of the most fun kits I've ever assembled. Ordered the Atlantis kit yesterday and really looking forward to tackling it again for nostalgia sake. Thanks for sharing these photos.
