With these pictures I start a new Tamiya project. Almost proverbial is the impressive fitting accuracy and the quality of the parts - what a top kit!
The cockpit is "OOB" concerning detailing already above the norm, nevertheless some additional scratched parts found their place.

A few steps further. What you see has been sanded- no filling necessary at this Tamiya-fitting-wonder. I will do "Schmaltzie", a ship from the 57th FG based in Corsica in 1944. The decals will be taken from Kagero SMI Library 07 "P-47 with the USAAF in the MTO, Asia and the Pacific"
