love this little kit, wish they'd an updated one with a bit more detail though. Great result!

Thanks guys! Yes the kit is Very simple and would love an updated version it would be nice an open cockpit and more detail in it, oh and those rivets definatly would have to go
They dont bother me but I am sure i would look nicer without them

I love a rivet personally lol. I saw on build on Britmoddeller where the gut had scratch built a cockpit but thats a bit fiddly for me in1/72! Does anyone do a 1/48 do you know?

Adam sure do like the rivets i did sanded them a bit to tone them down but in scale they would probably be about the size of a tennis ball. i like to build kits like this "historical" in a sence of realism and about the cockpit... Well the canopy is so thick tha one cant reall see much inside unless is open but it would take a brain surgeon to scratch build one

Mark thanks for your kind comment the exhaust was something that came up after I realized of two things: first the exhaust didn't look like the one on my picture references, and second the kit part had a very bad fit, I could no find brass tubing or anything that small for a cheap price and quick, so I searched for a piece of wire to use the plastic shielding as a pipe and just drill a small hole and super glued it the slot just got filled with tamiya white putty and touched up with black, I am quite happy with the results
