Hmmm, it may look better if you add a gray wash, it may tone down the yellow. Maybe you got a mis-marked marker.

Welcome Dave. These markers are not perfect I know, but my camera seems to add some yellow, maybe from my lighting I have here.
Tried today in the daylight and on the grey background, in reality it's bit more close to RLM02 than I see it in the pics, but maybe I just need to meet some optician 😄

Welcome, mine too, only second to this: My first 109 simply has to be Polish :) | Project by Woody (1:72) 🙂

Decalling underway, the '6' has some sort of a darker background, I was thinking of RLM74 but decided to go for the red colour in the end, adding this onto the decal film before applying.

Onto the last stretch - the only things left are masking removal and position lights.
I played with Lifecolour's Oil Effect, quite nice and luckily it can be washed off using the white spirit (guess why I know that 😄)
And I forgot to mention earlier - the flames are hand painted 🙂

This is looking pretty cool. I think this is the first bf 109 Träger I have seen built.
