I initially planned to finish the project in 63 days, just for the anniversary of capitulation, but I only managed to start handpainting the camo so far, hope you're having fun anyway.
In case you wonder why - masking would probably remove all the details and handpainting brings back the memories (and a bit of zen too 😄)

Haha, I love to do such maskings. That gives me the zen mindset.

Todays update - finished the camo, used my own light ghost grey filter to make the camo look more uniform and a bit "dusty", next were the decals and armament, it's waiting for washing now.

After sealing the wash it turned out the acrylic wash reacted with the varnish, too much lacquer thinner I guess.
Will try to fix it soon.

Finished, but not very happy. Acrylic paintbrushing is definitely not my piece of cake, in 1/72 in particular. Kubuś is the best proof.
I might build and spray another one on the 85th or 90th anniversary, let's see.

Considering how small it is I think it's turned out well.
I struggle with brush painting and having watched a few Youtube videos it seems I was using the wrong type of brush.
