Today I managed to glue and get all the 27 parts in place. I would like to give you an impression of the parts in rawness. Some filling was done, a little bit of sanding will follow before tomorrows spraying session.

Well, not for long..... 🙂
There is a Bv 222 on my shelf begging to be build in the next months. I guess I can´t resist any longer. But in a first step, this Dockwagen will be finished!

Hi Christian! Oh yes, I am looking forward to it. But just for a change I will have to do a 1:32 and a 1:48 build in between 🙂

O.k. large scale instead of large size. Next project will be large in any case

Seamless transition from the B-47 to that? You're on a good run. Looking forward to see this one - very promising after your last build.

Thank you Benoit! The Bv 222 itself is number five in my to-do-list.... 🙂

Okay, your interest let the Bv 222 move forward on my to-do-list....
Starting soon I guess!

Thanks Christian! I am waiting for delivery of Vallejos RLM 72 and 73. I will give them a try -and then the Bv 222 a go.

Hi Roland. Here you have another follower waiting to see that BV-222 start

The "Dockwagen" is finished, that was quite a little change to "something unusual" for me. It was a pretty nice and not too complex build 🙂 And a usueful addition to any Bv 222 project, of course!

Looking great! - and somehow these colors / weathering reflect WWII ambiance to me. What are the railings made of?

Thank you very much Benoit! I tried to give the "Dockwagen" a not too exaggerated look concerning wear and tear. But it should be clear on the first glance that it is being used constantly 🙂
The railings- stanchions as the horizontal "ropes"- are kit parts being made of etched metal.

Looking very good! Are there any drawings, schemes, detail pictures of this beast? Will try to scratchbuild one. I don't get the idea how is it steered if pulled by one point only.

Hi Carrey; I am afraid but I can provide no further information whatsoever. For a short while I tried to get some information about that "trolley", mainly because I was interested in the tool systems obviously attached to its frame, but I did not manage to get any information about that. Sorry, mate- and good luck with you scratchbuild I will certainly follow!
