I really like the idea of attaching the canopy rails to the cockpit sills! Although the canopy is meant to be closed, all the details are to be seen when the canopy is just lifted off if somebody wants to look inside.

Thanks again for your nice comments! Yes Patrick, this was exactly my idea...I saw one reference photo with the many many details inside this area, and I wanted to detail some parts as well - although the canopy is closed.
