February 3, 2022Original2
February 3, 2022Redesign head lamp.
I decided on number 4.3
February 3, 20221st. Build the wall.4
February 3, 2022Sketch again.5
February 3, 2022Check again.
OK. I will confirm with this design.6
February 3, 2022Precision drawing on the bodyshell7
February 3, 2022Head lamp's cover. (but moving is not my plan)
It just cover.8
February 3, 2022Put it on...9
February 3, 2022Build another wall.10
February 3, 2022and, Fill it with epoxy putty.11
February 3, 2022This is winker (or Fog lamp)
Perforate and Cut off.12
February 3, 2022The inner wall should not be thick, so I will use 0.3mm pla plate.13
February 3, 2022Glue it.14
February 3, 2022but, wrong angle.15
February 3, 2022Hm... I decided to redo, so removed it.
and, I filled in the arrow area because there was a hole.16
February 3, 2022First, surveying height of under nose part.17
February 3, 2022Build the support parts.18
February 3, 2022And, build a inner wall from the outside.19
February 3, 2022Than, cut off and clean up.20
February 3, 2022Parting line was too thick.
I couldn't even sand or scrape, so I had to cut it with a chisel.
21
February 3, 2022Sanding done. (It took about 1 hours)22
February 3, 2022The wings also contracted so much that I had to sand hard.
And when I put it on the body, there was a lot of space, so I cut off the 'wing tip' of both ends , sanded it, and made a pla-plate and attached it23
February 3, 2022Then trim the wing tip.24
February 3, 2022The shrinkage is so severe that it is sanded after coating with an instant adhesive.25
February 3, 2022Parts that didn't fit very well now fit well.
Marked arrow are not a good fit.26
February 6, 2022Using epoxy putty.27
February 6, 2022The front windshield fits well.28
February 6, 2022But, the rear windshield and cover don't feel good.29
February 6, 2022Hm... It still seems weird.30
February 6, 2022The rear windshield was bent, so I used hot water to fix it.31
February 7, 2022It was not molded properly.32
February 7, 2022Rather than filling and refining, I used it as a design element to create a shape.33
February 7, 2022There is no structure to hang on.34
February 7, 2022I made a chin.35
February 7, 2022Done36
February 8, 2022Side vents are blocked.37
February 8, 2022Measure the depth38
February 8, 2022Cut and prepare a pla-plate of appropriate length.39
February 8, 2022After bonding Top and Bottom plate firmly, prepare a plastic plate that will become a curved surface.40
February 8, 2022Roll a round bar to make a smooth bend.41
February 8, 2022Glue, Sanding... Done.42
February 10, 2022It doesn't fit well, so you have to bend it and sand the inside of both ends.43
February 10, 2022Perfect.44
February 10, 2022But, there is an empty space in the marked area.45
February 10, 2022It was covered with a thin plate.46
February 10, 2022Drill and trim.
I perforated the upper row in one row to give it a more modern feel. - Actually I'm getting a little bored now ;P
It also corrects the wrong mold of the tail light part.47
February 12, 2022I glued the front bumper to the body and filled it with plastic putty.48
February 12, 2022And cleaned the surface.
I'll take it apart again after it hardens.49
February 12, 2022The arch part still didn't fit, so I putty the front fender part.50
February 12, 2022Done.51
February 12, 2022Rough sketch.52
February 12, 2022This is front splitter.53
February 21, 2022Separated again for next work.54
February 21, 2022I will drill a hole in the marked place.55
February 21, 2022It is simpler to cut with a knife from the inside than to drill a hole from the outside.56
February 21, 2022I had to paint the marked areas in glossy black, so I sanded the surface, but the shrinkage was too much.57
February 21, 2022Finally painted the surfacer.58
February 21, 2022I like my modified design ;P59
February 21, 2022I corrected it by applying putty so that the edges in the marked areas continued smoothly.60
February 21, 2022I made an outer cover for the fog lights. (fruit packaging container)61
February 21, 2022Fog light and winker lenses were made by machining the spare parts included in the tank kit.62
February 21, 2022The refraction was so severe that I sanded it and polished(Tamiya Compound) it.63
February 21, 2022But, the refraction of the inner surface was also severe, so there was little improvement.64
February 21, 2022There is no detail on the side window, so I made simply inner frame.65
March 1, 2022White surfacer (gloss).66
March 1, 2022I made 'French Blue'67
March 1, 2022Base coloring and clear coat.68
March 1, 2022My signature ;P69
March 1, 2022After painting Tamiya 'Ghost Gray', masking the engine room paint70
March 1, 2022The windshield requires masking on the inside and outside.71
March 1, 2022Carbon pattern to front splitter.72
March 1, 2022Remove masking tape.73
March 1, 2022Paintbrush with Vallejo.74
March 1, 2022Greedy leveling the surface, the paint on the edge corners was erased.75
March 1, 2022In any case, since the surface of the roof is not smooth and needs correction, it will have to be repainted.76
March 1, 2022Compounding done.77
March 1, 2022I used 'Tamiya Panel Line Accent Color'78
March 1, 2022All the coloring work is done and ready to assemble.
Now only the straight build remains.79
March 1, 202280
March 1, 202281
March 1, 202282
March 1, 202283
March 1, 202284
March 1, 2022Even though it was a new decal, it cracked when soaked in water.85
March 1, 2022There was a little floating part, so I fixed it with tongs.86

Album info
Heller's EB110 has the wrong body proportions, and the headlamps and intakes in various places are omitted.
Above all, it is dissatisfying that the parts do not fit well due to the overall quality deterioration.
and, I plan to change the design of the headlamp to my liking.
