Here I present the third of the bunch - it's finally finished! This model is staying with me, which is one of the reasons why I have added a few extras: I bought the boarding ladder and these specific airbrakes on the fuselage from the manufacturer Pilot Replicas. Both are very nice resin parts that don't represent any extra effort, but add a little detailed variety. In the case of the airbrakes, they offer a real improvement over the original parts: the resin pieces are wonderfully filigree and beautifully perforated. There are also the two ejector seats made of resin. This time the harness is moulded on and not made from Tamiya tape like the first two machines.
I thank you for your interest and active participation in this triplet and hereby close this project!

When I looked at the first photo, I thought it was a "stock" photo of the real thing to show what you were building. I didn't realize it was your model. Stunning.

A small detail perhaps on an overall fantastic build but I love the way you executed the exhaust staining, taking into account how it would affected by the air brake and shape of the exhaust outlet. It's little details like this that make the difference between "good" and "great" models. You really don't even see it directly but your eye captures it as part of the overall picture and I think that's where the realism comes in. Congrats on a beautiful build Roland.
