A build for a review of the Rye Fields Model Tiger 1 early D.A.K. version (no interior version although I will be doing the Rye Field Tiger 1 eastern front with interior soon) I am making this into a little diorama of the early D.A.K. tiger

Adie Roberts AutorHi there scalemates friends I have been asked to do a build review on the new Rye Fields Model Tiger 1 early D.A.K. campaign I am making it into a small diorama where hopefully will be able to show of this new kit to everyone I will be making the Tiger 1 Eastern front version soon
On first inspection of the kit it looks very nice the moulded detail is very high quality and I am looking forward to building it, the instructions look good and reasonably easy to follow will keep you all updated as I go

M.Julian MarlesAwesome! I know there's a few tweaks that are listed on David Byrden's tigerIinfo page. I believe there are additional tweaks for a DAK version.

Adie Roberts AutorThere is lots that you could do with it for sure but I have been asked to do an out of the box build I also have the Eastern front version to do too.

Adie Roberts AutorWell managed to get some time this weekend at the bench despite the new display cabinet and having to move the whole room around again I have now got to a point where I am almost finished doing the hull I have to say anyone going to build this kit it is awesome but ......... the instructions sheet is a little misleading in places on page four instruction 3 it refers to some A sprue numbers these are in fact on sprue B other than this no real fit issues so far and detail wise well I will let you see for yourselves
