agreed Nigel. i always looked the BTCC after the DTM was going bored...they have/had more manufacturers and the driver were not often Genltemanlike. that is, what i like on racing.
Not that winers in Formula1. Boring.

Your right the current Mercedes/Hamilton is becoming like the Ferrari/Schumacher era however the Mid field teams in F1 last season were brilliant.

I always loved the old "Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft" (DTM)
Racecars looked like the one on the streets, real man-sports driving (not like today with all those pussies). My favorite is since today the Merc Evo II. That car is awesome!
Years ago i built this in our german modeller forum as a community build, i choosed the "Berlin2000". I installed a correct rollcage and named it with no driversname - but the test driver is sitting inside and making a rest.
