This kit was set to become a Gate Guard on a fantasy airport diorama.
That has now changed.
My idea for this Heron is to use the Revell 1/144 A400M props a mate of mine gave me as they seem to be the correct size, I plan to cut these down and sand them so they are still A400M shape but alot smaller, winglets from the Amodel Pilatus PC-12NG kit, it will have a fully modernised glass cockpit and some sort of external pod and it's going to be used as a medium spin test aircraft.
There maybe an interior cabin that might be scratch built but in not 100% sure yet.
Im looking into adding extra air intakes to the engines.
The airport it will be based on is Hoton Radford Airport.
